"We had an overall positive experience working with Best Tile. When we first went in, we didn't have a clear idea what we wanted for our kitchen backsplash except for wanting white subway tiles. Ruben was so helpful and walked around the showroom with our granite and floor samples, asked what kind of cabinets we had, and picked out the perfect tile! When we ordered the tile, Ruben wasn't available at first and someone else put in the order. Ruben helped to get the cost of the order within our price range, but then when the tile came we realized they had ordered the wrong tile. Again, we worked with Ruben and he immediately solved the problem and reordered the correct tile, which came in just before our tile installation date. Lastly, when we were having our tile installed, we were a couple tiles short, and again Ruben saved the day by letting us come pick up a couple of tiles from the showroom. Some issues along the way, but all were addressed quickly. Highly recommend requesting Ruben if he's available, as he solved all of them easily and with excellent customer service!"

"This store has a good selection of tile. Lead time for receipt on the tile is short compared to other places. Best of all their associates are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The drawback is you can't return tile ordered there so be positively sure before you make the purchase."
