She and Sam, the general manager helped me to understand the leaf systems on a couple of dining tables. I was only there for a short while getting advance information for some needed purchases. They treated me the same as though I were buying that day."

"I love this store however the young man with black glasses in the gray shirt is not polite nor inviting. I am returning my items because of the poor service I received. First he did not acknowledge me while I waited at the register for couple of minutes and then I finally said I am ready to check out. I was the only one in the store and he seemed like I was bothering him. The elderly lady on the floor was so nice to me and she should be the manager. She asked me questions and helped me with selecting a gift. But as far as this young man was concerned, I will be ordering online just so I do not have to go into the store."
