"I second the experience of another reviewer; we, too, found that Pandora met--or possibly even beat--the price quoted by Lowe's for the exact same cabinets from the same manufacturer; but the level of service from Pandora was incomparably better. Lowes would not come to our home to confirm the details of our kitchen measurements; Pandora did, and made a small but significant change needed as a result of our kitcen corners not being square. Our designer routinely found ways to save us money on some of the special needs in our order. The most important factor? When we received our cabinets and found some of them with problems--doors with uneven stain, one door hinge badly askew, etc.--Pandora took care of ALL the needed remedies--ensured that the manufacturer would deliver complete replacements, relatively quickly, and at no cost to us. The only call we needed to make was to Pandora. I can't imagine better service; we highly recommend Pandora."

"The process has been fantastic from start to finish. I checked on pricing for the same Kraftmaid cabinets and found that Pandora was right there with the big box home improvement stores. The difference is the individual attention you get at Pandora. Andrew was excellent and very patient as we designed our kitchen. He had excellent recommendations and stayed with it after numerous changes. Shaw the owner is available and worked with us on the install side. Everything Has gone to plan and exceeded our expectations. The team they sent out to do the install was very helpful in making sure we were happy with the final product. "I initially called Pandora on the recommendation of someone that previously remodeled their kitchen and loved the result. I'm so glad I did! I initially worked with Andrew and Shaw the design a kitchen beyond my expectations. Their design ideas were practical and insightful, and the price quote reasonable. I found that the whole process was high quality and top-notch, from design skill (thank you Andrew!), to guidance with material selection, to contractor demo and construction. Our kitchen was completed a little over a a year ago ahead of schedule, and on budget (except for a few last minute add-ins that I requested, which were swiftly and expertly incorporated). "After a decent process "ordering" the cabinets, our entire experience has been one frustration after another after another after another. Nearly our entire order arrived (2-3 weeks later than we were told it would) with major paint and finish issues and several cabinet construction quality issues (uneven face frames, pitted and cracked sides, broken drawer sliders). There were also several errors in the order itself placed by Shah. Not enough crown molding, missing shelving molding (though we got (and paid for) 10+ feet of extra shelves and other molding pieces we didn't need) cabinets too big or small, etc. We have now gotten 3 shipments of various replacement parts, all of which have also had quality issues. Doors arriving dramatically bowed // bent, continued finish // paint issues, missing predrilled hing holes, etc. All of this has been exsaurbated by horrible communication. We have attempted to give Pandora and Medallion // ACPI Corp an opportunity to fix the issues but this process has dragged on with half response emails or just a lack communication, and several items still unresolved. Shah is a "nice" guy, but he has not stood behind the product or made things right. Instead acting as if none of these issues are his and as if he is doing us a "favor" for limited help he has offered. Entering into the 5th month trying to resolve this, this experience has destroyed what should have been an exciting and happy time for us ... moving into a new home and with an updated modern kitchen. This experience has been one of the most frustrating contract // vendor interactions my wife and I have ever had (and we have renovated 4 homes between the two of us)."
