"Absolutely horrible! I went in to buy 2 pairs of all black slip-on sneakers for work and came out with none. I was the only customer in the store with my son. Instead of the associate asking me if I needed assistance ( because I did, to find my size) he tells my son ( who was looking for my size by "touching " boxes) to stop touching the boxes with his head down acting like he was arranging boxes on the shelf. Not only was that unnecessary, but the associate didn't even make an attempt to ask me if I needed assistance. I took my business elsewhere and bought 2 comfortable pairs of shoes at another store where I was assisted professionally and in peace!"

"Went in to look for a pair of shoes, observed 2 people at the counter, talking amongst themselves, looked around the men's section for about 10 mins. The employees continued their conversation, never once approached any of the customers in the store. Considering most of the products are relatively high, it would have been nice to have someone ask if I needed assistance. I just took my business elsewhere."
