"An older woman who works here was extremely nasty with myself and my children. We walked in and she immediately questioned my oldest son who was excited to look around the store. When I asked her why she had a problem with us she started going off saying I had a problem with my own children. When I then asked her name and the store managers name she told me to look around and find a card with the info. I’m sorry but if you don’t feel like working that’s your problem don’t take it out on my kids !"

"Great selection of gifts and figures. Unfortunately I wasn't in here long enough to browse all of what they had. Otherwise I'd of probably been in there all day. I would recommend popping in if you're after figurines, etc. The lady working there was nice and friendly too. I will visit again."

"Horrible in store experience. Instead of greeting us, the tall salesperson told us no food or drink because we had a pretzel in the paper bag. See attached. Seriously, auntie aunts is next door and we didn’t even open the bag. All of us have mask on too. Why would we eat in your store?! Guess what?! He is the one eating at the store. There is a sandwich open at the register. We left the store immediately. As soon as we left, he’s munching on the sandwich. This store choose customers. Will never return. It is sad. My 3 year old asked me what did we do wrong. It psychologically affect my little one to the toy store experience. Management, please be considerate. Not even worth one star."
