"Phenomenal customer service!! I was recommended by my chiropractor in Limerick and so glad I came by! I own a peloton treadmill and sometimes run outside - wouldn’t really call myself a runner - I just do it for cardio. My husband, 1 year old son and I went into the store today and we were helped by Glen and Oscar who CLEARLY were super knowledgeable and really wanted to make sure we got what we wanted/needed. Glen even helped me figure out why I never got any shoes that were truly comfortable. I always thought I was a 9/9.5, but turns out I’m a 10 wide! I got some Brooks that were perfect for me. I felt it the second I put them on and that’s all thanks to Glen! This will definitely be our go to store and we’ll be telling all our friends about it! Thank you Glen and Oscar, especially for being so kind and understanding about my 1 year old causing a ruckus!"
"My podiatrist recommended Keystone Running for a foot issues I have been dealing with. They were great and very helpful in helping me choose the correct size and fit for them."
"I'm new(er) to running and I found the store and the staff to be so helpful. They were able to help me find the right shoe, but even more importantly were patient, kind and informative throughout the process. I'll definitely be back! ❤️"
"Fantastic professional and experienced staff. Scott helped me select the right hybrid walking/running/hiking shoe for my feet which I requested a wider toe box. Carrie was great with the ordering and follow up of my selection and made sure I made the right decision when I picked them up. Very knowledgeable and friendly customer service! I enjoy my purchase and wanted to share my fine experience."
"Do not buy shoes here unless you know EXACTLY what brand/size you want. They do not understand supination or ankle instability. I can't believe this in a place dedicated to running shoes. The salesman told me "supination is rare." I knew this to be untrue but gave him a chance. Treat this as a purchase-only experience. They cannot advise on the products they sell. I explained my ailments with underpronation repeatedly and when I finally thought I had the right pair of shoes was told if they didn't work I could bring them back. I wore them for 20 minutes of walking after I left the store and made me feel more unstable. In fact I began to feel my knee tendons starting to ache. I went to bring them back and was told they cannot be returned. That was NOT what the young salesman told me. 3 days after leaving the store, 20 minutes of use, and I'm out $102. If you are a seasoned runner and are replacing a pair that works for you I am sure they are fine. If you are not, the people at Famous Footwear knew more about supination/underpronation than here when I asked. I really wanted to support this small business. But I expect you know your products when you sell them."
