I'm happy to say I represent the former, not the latter. Setting up the appointment was a breeze. Jessica is a joy to work with and I thoroughly enjoyed her sense of humor. She pretty much nailed the customer service role. She was a great communicator and I understood where I was in the process the entire time. Rich reached out to me regarding his arrival time the morning of service, and he nailed it (it's really a guy thing). He and his helper were courteous and Rich made sure I understood our septic system, as well as how to best care for it. Very professional. Pricing was on par with other companies that I researched. I absolutely will be a return customer, and I would not hesitate to recommend Roadrunner Septic to family and friends."
