"Don't try returning something, it will get lost. I just had the most ridiculous online chat. I bought a shirt that did not fit. I had it delivered to The Highlands, Triadelphia, WV store, & I picked it up there. When I didn't want it, I took it back there. Since I wanted my money back, and paid via PayPal, the package had to be sent back & the business office would issue a refund. Not a big deal. It's been 2 weeks. Angelica, the online chat agent, asked me 2x for the order #. She asked why I took it back, where I returned it, when I returned it. When all was said and done, she could tell me absolutely nothing. At this point, shouldn't they have all the information? I filled out the paper in the store to get it sent back. No more Lane Bryant for me."
