"There is an older lady who works here who has given me and my children problems since I’ve started going here. The most recent time(today), my babies was chasing a ball from the machines they have(walking and not running and there was only one other person in there who was perfectly fine with them chasing a ball) and she came in and told me that the children wasn’t disciplined and going to the laundry mat isn’t a family outing(had my mom come too to help so it’ll get done faster). The second time she came back, had the audacity to YELL at my kids(2 was mine and one was a friend’s). I bit my tongue and finished. Walked to grab a napkin for the baby’s mess and she had the audacity to ask me if all those kids was mine. I told her “yes they are. They are none of your concern. I’ve seen many kids running, hanging on the doors and climbing on the tables and you never said a word to them, so how about you let ME discipline my children and you do your job.” The AUDACITY she had to ask me if they were all my children. Extremely unprofessional. Remind you, that’s AFTER we spent about $50 in the toy machines on top of $20 for the washers and $45 for the dryers."

"We were there with our grandchildren and the old lady with gray hair and glasses was rude. She made the kids upset. I hope that she doesn’t have grandkids cause she doesn’t know how to understand kids. They were just bouncing balls."

"The laundry facility is nice, but every time I do laundry here I come home smelling like cigarette smoke because they smoke at the front door and it travels through the entire building....disgusting."

"I travel all over the country over 300 nights a year and have seen my share of Laundromats. This one is top of the list. Clean, ATM, Change machine with a convenience store next door and the prices are very reasonable. Also has a running stream outside with plenty of birds. Great spot to read with a coffee while doing laundry. If I'm working within 50 miles of here again or even passing through, I'll make the trip to be back."
