"Three sales associates on the floor, one is clearly in charge, likely the manager, as she is going over goals and customer benefits with the other two. I wait for them to be done, two of them walk over to me as I clearly need help, including the manager. I ask if three specific items are in the store in a petite size, the manager does not attempt to look or help, she doesn’t even look at the items I’m holding. She says “if it’s not on the floor we don’t have it.” I say okay I’ll just look myself. Later I go to check out and order 1 item with them online (long process, not worth it- way easier to just order yourself online) and purchase 3. I ask if the pants I am buying come in 00 as I would prefer that size and could order it online with them as well. The manager tells me no, only the petite dress pants come in a 00. She didn’t check the item online so I assumed she was familiar with sizing of the pants. I get home and check for myself and see that the dress pants are available in the same style and color in a 00. No one in the store wanted to help when I asked for it and they were too lazy to check a size on the tablet they were already using to help me purchase another item online through their store. I would not recommend this location."
"I would like to take the time to tell people of the great experience I have had with Loft. They are gracious and humane. They truly have a sense of empathy and you are not just a cardholder with a number attached to your name. They view you as a person, with life events that may alter your memory. They were courteous and took care of late fees incurred when my father was sick and was passing away. I especially wanted to make the parallel with Macy's who declined to even consider it! And to say that I have been with Macy's longer( since 1996) than I have been with LOFT (2012)! Customer loyalty has no meaning to Macy's but Kudos to Loft! I would stay your customer for life!"
