Torrid

"I absolutely LOVE Torrid!! I do feel that most items are overpriced BUT they do have really good sales to where it's more affordable. The sales associates are ALWAYS very friendly and helpful. But I have to give a special shout-out to Leanna. Absolutely TOP NOTCH service and care. She truly takes care of you from beginning to end. Hangs up clothes in the fitting room as you're shopping to where they're nice and organized, exchanges any sizes you need and gives genuine feedback to any pieces of advice you may need. From here on out I will only be shopping at Torrid when she is working!! Phenomenal customer service that is really hard to find these days!! I really appreciate you Leanna, you are a GEM!!"

"This is my favorite store at the mall. There's something special about going to a store just for plus sized people. The staff are super friendly and super helpful, the clothes are the most comfortable and just super fun. If you watch the sales and shop smart, the clothes aren't too expensive. It's worth so much just to have a store that caters to plus size people instead of shaming them. Oh did I mention the DRESSES! AND LEGGINGS!! HAVE POCKETS!!!"

"I'd been coming here for about a year before my last visit in September. The clothes for this season aren't the best (nothing this particular store can do about that), and the staff were discussing the need to 'sell sell sell' while on opposite ends of the store and multiple customers were in the shop, often in between the folks who were talking. It was odd since they mostly ignored the customers and just kept talking to each other about the need to sell? After about ten minutes of wandering the shop, I finally found some things I wanted to try on and one of the employees came around and told me my choices didn't match. It was very bizarre. I played it off as not planning to wear them together (but I did, and they looked very cute) Then when I was ready to try on the clothes, a different employee showed me to a fitting room. When I was going into the fitting room, she looked at another employee and said, 'snooze you lose' clearly referring to me, a weird prize of some kind. All in, it was probably my last experience at this Torrid. I (usually) enjoy the clothes and the prices are tolerable, but this branch is just not quite the experience of 'being treated like a person' that one hopes for in a store."

"I love Torrid. This is only brand I have in my closet anymore. I know my sizes and don't require trying anything on. They're so consistent with sizing which makes my life easier. I love the tunic length tops (helps tremendously when you are large chested). My absolute favorite store and my only complaint is the Torrid perfume (black gradient bottle) - I believe a cashier said it was discontinued and I loved it so much!!"
