"This shop has very good customer service. And by coincidence, they are on a strip mall with a large parking area to test drive a bike and also a hill. Matt was just so helpful and patient when I tried out a Velotric T1 ST eBike. I probably asked him to adjust the height of the bike seat about 5 times. Rats Cycles is a dealer of Velotric bikes and they do not charge extra when the bike is ordered from them and assembled by them. Some dealers charge extra. I really liked the bike and I gave myself 24 hours to decide. Bike at that time was $300 off retail price. The next day, when I planned to drive to the store and purchase the bike, I checked the price first and it was now only $200 off retail price. I then discovered that there was a flash sale when i was there the previous day. I sent an email to the store relaying my disappointment that the price was now $100 higher than the previous day. The next day I received an email from Christian, the co-owner. I was impressed that he responded the very next day, and that to me shows that he cares about his customers. He responded that the store will honor the flash sale price of $300 off if I go to the store that day. And that's what I did. I drove to the store and got the Velotric T1 ST. But wait. There's more! Two weeks later, I checked the price of the bike at Velotric website and it was cheaper by $200 than when I bought mine. I emailed co-owner Christian requesting for a $200 refund and he again responded within 24 hours. Without any hesitation, he told me to come the the store to get my $200 refund. Way to go Rats Cycle! As for the Velotric T1 ST, it is an impressive smooth bike and very sporty to look at. It's an eBike that doesn't look like an eBike with those fat tires. It is also very light in weight at only 36 pounds. I didn't have to buy any special expensive back racks for my car. I bought it for exercise and at the same time help me when I bike through hills. And now, I have been biking to paths were I didn't want to go before because I was afraid of the hills. The T1 ST can handle it smoothly. I still have to pedal my way up, but it's a lot easier now with this Velotric T1 ST."
