"I went in today to get my nails done (I was a walk in) my mom came with me as well. I wanted a regular pedicure along with a full set of acrylics. After sitting In the spa chair for an hour an half, they finally started to do my toenails. This was after my mom had walked out because they took the lady who’s appointment was at 12 and we came in at 11. After they get done my toenails, the OH SO FRIENDLY husband comes and tells me to sit in the empty chair. When I told him what I wanted done he told me that Amy didn’t have time to do that today. When I told him what I wanted done for design I also told him that I wanted to get my nails done in coffin shape. He told me that, that would be 5 dollars more. He then goes to do my nails and they are not even WHAT SO EVER. I used to come here when I went to get my nails done, but it’s sad to say that I won’t be returning to this nail salon."

"My son went in and paid for me a full set for mothersday.. He booked the appt for me for the same day.. Now they told him for a full set of gel it would be 40.. He had 30 on him amd i took the extra 10... First i get in there tell them the situation so they were rude as hell telling me he only paid 30 amd now a full set of gel is 35 she says.. So i sit down amd explain what i want done that i want a square nail TAPERED...he looked like he had no idea he said coffin? I said no square tapered and i showed him a pic... He proceeded to do my nails i got a pink color with a matte top coat and a glitter accent nail NOT GEL JUST ACRYLIC and now he tells me (after he shaped them in the coffin shape they were too long all crooked) he tells me its 50! I told him i only brpught 10 extra and would go get the money but after i had to fix them myself am hour of filing i didnt go back why would i pay 50 for a full set of acrylic? Domt go there WORST EXP EVERR"
