CVS 5200 York Road, Baltimore, MD 21212

"This store is rough. It is the kind of place where the products are so low that they are “artistically” arranged on the shelves. The store is dirty and the vaccine area (I was there to get a vaccine) is even more run down with garbage on the floor and a very old and run down chair to sit in. When I was there on a Saturday morning there were also people hanging out in the parking lot which was concerning. The only plus is that I was able to schedule my flu shot same week for this location. I do not plan on returning."

"Never use this CVS photo center, they lost 3 cameras AT ONCE! They told me wait 5 months, I called after 5 months no picture, I called a few weeks later and they told me it had been too long and my pictures and camera can't be traced or recovered! The store has yet to contact me anymore information or made any attempt to recover my photos! Might I mention I contacted them with the urgency of needing these photos considering some of the cameras contained photos of my deceased mother! I WILL NEVER COME TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN!"

"Would never go to a chain pharmacy but I needed a prescription transfer and the pharmacist did not call my other pharmacy for a day. My other pharmacy was nice enough to fax it to them with all my information and even then, I had to wait 45 mins in store to be spoken to and then told I needed to come back in a few hours."

"If your an instacart driver don’t bother coming here every other item is locked up you have to ask an employee for help, customer service is non existent. Not sure how they can get any work done if they have to constantly stop to open cases for product. Then you have to wait for someone to check you out and retrieve all the locked up case items from front to check out. If people are gonna steal trust me locking stuff up ain’t gonna help with them not stealing !!!"

"The staff don't pick up the phone at the pharmacy. The management up front is terrible. The management in the back of the store is terrible. They are very nonchalant and they don't want to help you. Your problems are not a concern of theirs. I will be filing a corporate complaint."
