"Close the darn store if you can’t keep it stocked. It’s ridiculous to consistently have to travel to Target in order to get items I need because the shelves are consistently BARE! They also never honor deals BECAUSE THERE IS NEVER ENOUGH ITEMS IN STOCK!"

"Terrible customer service. Scheduled a vaccination appointment online. I’ve attempted to call the pharmacy multiple times today to verify and ask questions. Continue to automatically get put on hold, stating there are over 3 people on hold ahead of me, no one ever answered. Ended up cancelling appointment because I could never speak to a pharmacist or even a team member. Should have read reviews before scheduling."

"Absolutely worst customer service, the pharmacy is a mess. Completely understaffed, no one in charge, no consistency. They withhold prescriptions and you can get ten different answers depending on who you talk to regarding your prescriptions. Currently on hold for over an hour despite it having three people in the line for this now hour and ten minutes. Likely just going to keep not answering til their meal break but I am used to them hanging up and long wait times. It seems like there is zero accountability. Also look out when you’re in this Walgreens because there’s very likely someone to be stealing and causing a scene a few given feet from you aside from the store being constantly filthy. I am finally changing pharmacies; this has gotten inexcusable and just worse and worse."
