"CVS pharmacy has always treated us great, over the past 2 years it has gone down hill with the current staff. The black girl with glasses is honestly very rude everytime I go there I can’t comment much on the other staff but the black girl with glasses is always rude for no reason and constantly rolls here eyes whenever you need assistance. I would not be surprised if she gets fired soon. Them being understaffed is probably the reason the manager tolerates her, I don’t see her being their longevity. Do better CVS hire more experienced respectful people it’s obvious they are understaffed ! "11/22 couple minutes before closing but before 8pm I had cut myself and I had a huge laceration on my hand needed bandaids. Two people closed and lock the doors before the scheduled timing and this is the only CVS in my area it was two girls and they both looked at me and ignored me through the window. I will be calling corporate."

"Idk who’s fault it is, although if you have employees working a pharmacy you need to make sure EVERYONE knows their job. Made an appointment for a rapid Covid test and I was told no one knows how to do Covid test and they do not have the credentials to do it and to schedule tomorrow. I have to go to work tomorrow I need to know before then. Once again idk what’s going on although y’all need to shape up. We come for health needs and you have no one who knows their job."

"UPDATE as of 5/20/23. Prescription called in 2 days prior. Called to see if it was ready to avoid a pointless trip. 22 minutes to get someone on the phone. Said it was not filled but they would get it ready in 30 mins. I arrived 3 hours later at around 4:30pm (a 1/2 hour before the pharmacy closed). Once again, it was not filled, but they said they would get it ready…well…the pharmacist has 2 speeds…SLOW AND STOP. So sure enough when it came time to pay, the computer shuts down (since they’re timed by the time that the pharmacy closes) and I wasn’t able to get my medications. Original post: Extremely rude. Won’t help at all. especially at the pharmacy. Out of prescriptions, and don’t notify. Absolutely ridiculous. You’d be better off going to a different pharmacy all together which is really unfortunate since this is a new location."

"This is the worst and I mean the worst CVS they people are nasty and ignorant. I have a thyroid condition and take 175 mg and another 75mg. I have to call every time to make sure they filled both and not just one mind you I have been on these medications for months. I am 7 months pregnant and this medication is important to not just my health but the baby inside me!!!!! This is day 3 that I’m still waiting on the to fill the 75 mg because the one that I called “must have been confused “ then one I spoke with when I went to pick up “must have forgotten “"
