"The move in experience could have gone a bit smoother. One of the outside doors closest to my unit had a non-functioning panel. One of the doors to my unit also had a non- functioning entry panel. When I went to go into the office area to chat with a virtual manager, the door was locked. It was 10:44 am and it was supposed to be open at 10:00 am. Overall though, I am happy with the facility. It is reasonably priced and very clean. Everyone I've spoken with has been super helpful and extremely nice."

"Recently I had the pleasure of renting storage space at the StoreEase location on Old Washington Road in Waldorf, MD.  I searched several other locations before deciding on StoreEase because of the welcoming and friendly personality of company representative and Manager LeeEllen from Alabama.  She was patient, friendly, courteous, and efficient as she guided me and my daughter, and later my grandson, through the process. I now consider her a friend of the family; that’s how wonderful she is!"

"Great faculty. Nice and clean, well lite, great customer service. However I was a little upset when I first arrived with the movers to put my items in the unit. My app wouldn’t open 2 of the front doors. I was able to enter through a door that was stuck open just to find out I couldn’t get the elevator to work either. When I called the office they quickly got me a new unit that I could access without using the elevator so I didn’t waste time moving in since I was paying the movers by the hour. Even though the front door was stuck open they assures me tech was on the way to fix it. With the locks that are on the units I feel comfortable with my items being there."
