A Nail Spa

"I’m really disappointed. Based on the reviews, I thought that this would be a great location to go to, but I was turned away because I didn’t want a full service. When I came in, I asked for to get my gel polish soaked off. However, because of the language barrier the woman thought I came in to get a gel pedicure and was ready to do my toenails, but when I told again she had her co worker talk to me so I could explain to her that I just wanted her to soak off gel pedicure that I already had. She was suddenly too and had appointments coming.. It’s just didn’t feel genuine."

"They don’t take walk ins, they late to they appointments, they are unprofessional. Don’t go here! This place is horribly ran. I went back here after years of not going cause my tech had left. I came back and stared to go to Cindy. I had an appointment for nails and toes, then it starts to get late so she’s like she’ll do my toes tomorrow morning. She comes 15min late and no apology. Another day she has some mix up and I tell her I’m tired of the unprofessionalism and she has the nerve to tell me she don’t wanna do my nails anymore cause I make her uncomfortable like huh? I ain’t even do nothing. Calls me 2 hours later and was like I’m sorry can you come back at 5, so after my service of course I didn’t tip her cause earlier that day she told me she not doing my nails no more. Yes she called back and invited me back but why did you do that in the first place when I haven’t wrong you in anyway. So her response after not receiving a tip that she didn’t deserve, she follows me out the shop and then tells me again, not to come back and that’s she won’t be doing my nails. In which I wasn’t going back anyway."

"Cindy and the staff are the best. I received the best pedicure I’ve ever had from Cindy. She is so particular and takes care of business. The leg and foot massage are awesome. She does great manicures and eyebrows also. Make an appointment with Cindy. You won’t be disappointed."

"The price is affordable, they do not try to charge for every little thing, and the nail tech does a good job. My first time their I realized everyone that comes in seems to be a repeat guests. So I assumed the place would be good, I was right. Don’t expect to be offered water, coffee, champagne… but you also don’t have to worry about paying $40 for a polish change. I’d recommend them."
