"Visited salon on a Thursday 08/17/23 at around 11am, which only one person was in the pedi chair being tended to. Was seated right away for a pedicure. Waited ten minutes for the nail tech as she sat in front of me texting. She finally gets started and keeps stopping to text throughout my whole process. She was texting like a high schooler that just got a new boyfriend. She also did my 9 year old niece’s pedi and additionally dealt with her on the phone the entire time. About five other guests entered and eventually left due to waiting for so long meanwhile the texting was still nonstop. I didn’t get the normal foot/leg massage I’m used to at all other establishments. This irritated me because additionally I’m pregnant so was looking forward to it. I heard a lady beside me yelling at the other tech because she kept hurting her with the clippers. When I was finally finished, I wasn’t informed if I were completely dry or not. I literally had to walk to the front as my nail tech was working on someone else’s nails just so I can get her attention to pay. Entire experience took over an hour and a half just for a simple pedicure. I am a generous tipper, but needless to say, no tip was given in this case due to being unprofessional. I definitely won’t be returning and will stick to my normal salon in Waldorf. Two stars were given because the polish and design were cute."

"Most horrible experience I have ever had at a nail shop!! Dirty, messy, not organized, stuff everywhere! Nail tech did a horrible job! I explained that my ombré was not even and it was messy and poorly done! Tech said he would fix! Then tried to put a top coat with a nail job that my 2 year grandson could have done better! I have ad fed up, made him remove them and left with no new nails! Totally disgusted with service and atmosphere!! I live out of town and I visit this area a few times a month! I wanted to find a nail shop to go to! It definitely will not be this place!!"

"I went to the heavy set lady. Her English was not the greatest. I got a pedicure for $30 and I am bleeding on my toe and she put this Green solution on my big toe. When I left out the bleeding started again and has now ruined the shoes I have on. Then I soaked off my gel nails and got her to do SNS. I am now bleeding on 6 out of the 10 nails. I have attached pictures of all of the Green solution on my nails due to the bleeding. She was never sensitive. This place was very unsanitary. She used the same washing utensils for my feet as she did for the customer before me, the trash can was flithy and the pedicure bowl was not washed out before she sat me down. I am used to Nail Technicians speaking in their native tongue but she was telling across the shop. Then she kept asking was I ok. I kept saying I'm in pain. But she said nothing. I met a few women who said they loved the shop and had pretty designs on their nails and feet but another technician did all of those ladies I saw. I just moved in the area and I am trying to find a new nail shop but this place will not be it."
