"Terrible! A complete waste of time and money. As a busy mom and someone who's constantly traveling for work, I took time in between assignments to get my nails done before heading to NY. The nail tech did such a terrible job that the polish starting peeling (only HOURS later btw) from grabbing my luggage to place under the bus! Then days after that, the powder starts to crack at the top. After being assigned to work in Baltimore, DE, and Philly, I returned to see if they could offer a remedy since I paid and already needed to repair with pictures and dates to prove it, and they refused to offer any credit because it took me 2 weeks to get back to them through no fault of my own. Will not ever be back. DON'T choose this place."

"I have gone three times and I have had a bad experience, I do not know if I have been apprenticed, but I went last Friday and I was attended by a gentleman and this was the result, I did not like it, this has happened the three times I have gone, I will not return anymore"

"a mess. Prices too high, the person that painted my nail feet work was sloppy painting half way on toes. They rush when they have other customers not enough workers. Even got a cut on toes from the lady filing my skin. Eyebrows was not straight it was just a NO go somewhere else. They use to be good I use to go all the time but I have been going to better places for the price and work. Decided to try them again will be my last. I gave a generous tip definitely by accident no tip was deserved."
