"WOW...I visited the shop today because it's close to me and it had amazing reviews [which are VERY much warranted]. I don't get my nails done often, maybe 3 or 4 times a year if I'm going to a special event. Tony did my nails and he was wonderful, friendly, conversational, and even gave me some insight on my nails and why I experience breakage easily. I truly enjoyed the experience and will be going back again. The prices are very reasonable. The location is off the beaten path but easily accessible. The decor isn't as fancy as some shops are but the customer service and cost makes it worth checking out!!!"

"I went here in a pinch because my usual spot had no openings. I was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. I was greeted and promptly serviced at my scheduled time. Tony did a really nice job on my nails. If you are used to the thrills and frills provided by a "spa" salon, then this is not the place you're looking for. However, if you want reasonably priced services and nice looking nails, then I would definitely recommend this place."

"The service was GREAT! until it was not. They were all very friendly. I then got my service, and I requested another service regarding the service I was having and then I waited 30 minutes for someone to start the service in 25 minutes for the service to finally be done. I thought I was already in the nail shop for at least an hour and a half. I feel like they should make sure one person stays to a customer and not keep seating customers and leaving their original customers to be waiting hours to be serviced again. That was really unprofessional in my opinion. Other than that that’s why they have a four because they’re great people. They did a great job they’re just really unorganized. I also just to give you a glimpse. This was my first time here and as a first time customer this kind of dysfunction will deter people from coming to you because they feel like they’re not being seen. Hopefully you guys took this as constructive criticism and for those who are new trying this place out definitely take heed to this review. Also, I feel like they treat people that are frequent customers with more respect than they do someone who is just walking in the door for the first time."
