"I cant believe the experience I had today. The store manager as well as the store associate, these two women were rude and unprofessional. They harassed me all day to make my payment. Left me a voicemail and call me 4 times today. I never was late on my payment! Can I get a chance to get to the office or go online TO PAY?! They called me at 5:35pm and I said I will be in before 6 when they close. Then they called me back at 5:37pm said am I making a payment by phone.... I just said two minutes ago that I will be there!!! Then I get there at 5:45 to pay and when I asked the store associate that took my payment can they not harass my phone.... she said with so much attitude , my manager is right there. Then the manager just sat in the back and didn't come TO address my issue. I then asked her can she let the manager know then since she is being very unprofessional and wont speak to a customer. She said " she can hear you she just not responding." icant believe how RENT A CENTER CAN HAVE THE MOST DISREPECTFUL EMPLOYEES REPRESENTING THEIR COMPANY. I REGRET SO MUCH MAKING AN AGREEMENT WITH THIS COMPANY THAT I DONT WANT TO EVEN GIVE THEM MY MONEY. RENT A CENTER NEED TO REPLACE THESE TWO WOMEN AT THIS LOCATION WITH PEOPLE WHO WANT TO WORK FOR THE COMPANY. !"
