"I love it here! Came here with my aunt to get our nails drone and I love it! The people who did our nails were amazing. The service felt very nice and elegant."
"This nail salon is the best location whenever I come in from out of town. I always come here they acrylic nails are the best. The pricing is great as well and they treat you with the upmost respect. I even get a pedicure here too. I just love this place."
"I made an appointment for my sister and I to get our nails done for my wedding. I regret not reading the reviews before going because this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I wanted a regular pedicure and French tip acrylics. The salon was dark and dirty when we walked in, and there was only one nail tech and no other customers. I decided to read some reviews while my pedicure was being done and they made me scared to point out my dissatisfaction or leave during my service. When I told him I wanted regular polish for my pedicure, he insisted on gel and I gave in after he said it multiple times. My gel pedicure was extremely sloppy and my toenails are all different shades, which I didn’t notice until after I saw them in better lighting. When he went to take off my previous acrylic, he didn’t completely remove it and left chunks of it on. These pieces were very noticeable underneath the work he did. There were also bubbles in the acrylic. My nails were different lengths and were not all shaped the same. The white of the French tips that was used looked like old polish and not much care was taken with them. I’d like to point out again that the previous reviews saying that complaints are met with aggression made me uncomfortable pointing out the dissatisfaction I felt with my services, as it was only my sister and I in the salon with the nail tech. My sister was supposed to get a full set of acrylics too and I ended up texting her during my service that we were going to say we had to leave so she could get her nails done somewhere else. After my service was finished I said we had to leave and he tried to insist that my sisters nails could be done and I said no, we had to leave and said we might be back (so that he would let us leave) and he continued insisting that we come back. We said we would so that he would stop, but obviously did not want to go back after my horrible service. He ended up charging me $130, which was a waste because I immediately drove to another salon (Katie Nails on Washington Blvd) where they had to completely remove the acrylics to fix them because they were done so poorly. I would not recommend this establishment and I certainly will not be back because I don’t even trust them to correct the mistakes that were made."
"I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding the extremely terrible experience I endured this afternoon at your establishment. I have been a customer at this location before and have never received such subpar service and unprofessional behavior. During my appointment, not only did the nail technician display a lack of professionalism, but there were also flies landing on my hand mid-service, and the nail polishes used appeared old and deteriorated. Furthermore, the technician abruptly announced that he needed to leave my appointment to a walk in client for eyebrows service for one lady and eyelash service for another. His readiness to leave me mid-service was concerning and reflected his lack of dedication to the work he was performing. As if my experience wasn't distressing enough, the nail technician was also passive and rude to the other clients. The lady who came in for an eyebrow service shared that she had visited your establishment multiple times before and had been left unattended during her appointments. This raises serious questions about the competence and professionalism of your staff. Given such poor service and the unprofessional conduct of the technician, it brings into question whether the labor department should be contacted, as it appears he lacks the experience and qualifications required for this role. I must emphasize the seriousness of this situation. If these concerns are not promptly and adequately addressed, I will have no choice but to take further action, including filing a police report and pursuing legal avenues to address the unprofessional, aggressive and unsafe behavior I experienced during my visit. Your technician grabbed me by the wrist to try and bring me back to the seated area. I was the only young female alone in this establishment. The nail technician's behavior was unacceptable from the beginning of the appointment. He repeatedly glanced at the clock, which was evident in the poor quality of the service I received for my nails. I had to point out multiple issues, including misshaped nails. To make matters worse, during the course of the service, he filed my thumb so aggressively that it caused a cut and bleeding. Despite these issues, I remained calm and patient, hoping that the service would improve as it progressed. However, it only deteriorated further. When he informed me that the service would cost $60, I politely explained that the quality of work did not warrant such a price. This seemingly triggered a rude and vocal response from him. He became aggressive, attempting to physically move me and fix the issues he created. Throughout this ordeal, I continued to calmly show him the problems with his work, despite his disrespectful and aggressive behavior. I reiterated that I had no intention of not paying for the service, but I found it extremely unfair to pay the full price considering the disrespect and the quality of the service provided. I had to get to work, or else I would have had no issue with him rectifying the situation or even removing the nails entirely, given their terrible condition. Due to the uncomfortable and unsafe environment he created, I reluctantly gave him $40 and left your establishment. Shockingly, he followed me out of the store and proceeded to verbally abuse me in another language. Additionally, I feel compelled to share my experience on every social media platform, ensuring that people are made aware of the terrible service I received and urging them not to use your services in the future. I believe in giving businesses an opportunity to address and rectify issues, but I also believe that transparency is essential to protect potential customers from experiencing the same distressing situation."
"My sister went recently and was cut by her technician. After discussing this with the technician she was followed out and harassed. I have seen them do this to other ladies at the spa and it is disgusting. Do not go here and especially do not let the men work on your nails. SMH"
