And the updated overall design of this salon is nothing far from ugly ! Don’t waste your time or money going here. Your owner responses are a complete insult to everyone’s intelligence. You replied talking about “crazy customer” how is that showing professionalism? when I literally live right up the street in Phelps luck and have been coming there for years. I walked in and was denied services from the Owner on a walk-in."

"Discriminatory against people with disabilities, sneaky up charging, injured my cuticle, and 3% credit card fee. DO NOT GO HERE. Details below. Went here for a new dip manicure and pedicure with my sister. She has a service dog and they questioned why she had a dog, then kept talking about the dog the whole time (thanks google translate). They put me in a pedicure chair right away. Made her wait (after 30 min with no service, she had to leave). They upcharge for everything and their pricing is sneaky. $50 for a normal dip manicure, but on the other side of the list it says $15 to remove dip. So anyone coming in for a fresh dip mani is a minimum $65. After confirming this, I told them I just wanted the pedicure. During the pedicure they tried to tell me it was only gel (+$15) and tried to start callus remover (+$15) without asking. I caught it and told them only a basic pedicure. They proceeded to damage my cuticle (it bled). I also saw the women next to me actively bleeding on the side of her foot when they were removing calluses. So gross and unhygienic. Then a 3% charge for all credit cards. I will never go here again"
