"Bernadette is incredible! Not only is she very well educated and incredibly skilled, she is also kind and a great person to talk to. I have a HEMA allergy and am a chronic skin-picker and she has gone above and beyond to accommodate me. "I don’t want to write a review because I don’t want to share! Bernadette is amazing. She’s caring, funny, and listened. I wanted to get a BIAB/structured manicure to try to stop biting/picking my nails and cuticles. I was so nervous to go and expose my bad habit and to meet someone I’d be going back to every 3-4 weeks. Bernadette is so welcoming and encouraging. She offered tips to keep them healthy and even gave some tools to help. I just finished my 2nd time and I’m obsessed. I love them! My cuticles are so my better. "Refresh mail bar is owned by a solo independent nail technician located in a brick industrial office building complex. She focuses on healthy nail care options and has many certifications for different nail care services such as IBX and Diabetic. She takes good care of your nails and uses high quality products. She obliged my request for no drills on my gel Polish with added ibx treatment. I shared my nail salon horror stories with her and we had a good “laugh” at some of the ridiculous and dangerous practices women endure at nail shops. (Ie being moved through nail services like cattle). I took away a star because it was hard to find but once I did I was glad I got it. She’s a little too far from me in Lanham, MD but it’s totally worth it!"
