"After tonight, I can really say this place is terrible. Just witnessed the mail technician Cindy be so rude to a customer. She messed up the girl’s nails, charged her extra for design and still didn’t fulfill the service. Never have I ever seen this behavior. Cindy the lady in the front told her client that she spent too much time on to do her nails so she is not gonna fix it. After admitting that it was her mistake."
"Make sure you don’t let Cindy do your nails. She forgets easily that you are the customer. She will try to give you what she want and not what you ask for, then catch an attitude when you remind her what you want. She left my hand in the Ig light and tell me “you’re done! Take your hand out” I had to wipe my own nails with alcohol. Which I had to ask her for."

"Titi did her magic! And she was attentive and quick. I don't like sitting long. I told her I wanted diamond and she gave me a splendid design. Also day time before lunch on weekday there was hardly anyone there . It was a win win kinda day."
