"I called ahead and told them I had moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. This won't be it.. The place needs a deep cleaning. The white floors are absolutely filthy. Equipment is dusty and dirty. The spas are clean and massage chairs are comfortable. I had a mani/pedi by a low vision octogenarian. Needless to say they are awful. She never had my right foot in the spa. My cuticles are a MESS. The entire crew seems to have lost the will to run a decent business. To add insult to injury they didn't honor their new client coupon. I was given a "welcome gift" (Probably because I left a good tip) the scent is one that I will never use. Avoid this place."

"My sister, mum and I had the most wonderful experience here! I have been to several salons in the DMV area and this spot is truly a class apart! Tam, Tommy, Lee and family are exceptionally amazing with their customer service and masters of their craft. This is a large salon with lots of color options and very comfortable massage chairs. Their prices are reasonable and they are not pushy to add on other services. Perfect place to celebrate a birthday with a group! And if you need your eyebrows waxed, this is the place! Tam does an incredible job! Nail Tech Spa is a hidden gem! 100% recommend this place! I'm a converted customer for life! :)"
