All of the doctors and staff are extremely competent and made sure my dog was getting the care she absolutely needed. They were very empathetic during the euthanasia process. Veterinary services are expensive, But the office manager was kind enough to go over every line item of my bill and explain what it was for and why it was necessary. The entire team provided quality and compassionate care. The facilities are very clean and well kept. The owner spoke with me personally about my pets medical diagnosis and care. He listened to my concerns and addressed them. Everhart has permanent vets and vet techs on site and is well staffed. Many Veterinary places only have travelling/visiting doctors and are often understaffed. Many places only do the basics (shots and exams and teeth cleaning) and refer you out for everything else. I was able to get an appointment on short notice for my pets' emergency medical needs. As a life-long pet owner, I can definitely say that this is one of the best veterinary facilities that I have been to."
