"Can't get through on the phone, they do not answer, still have the "we are currently closed" message on their answering service, yet they opened at least a half hour ago (message on answering service says they open at 8am, online it says 9am). Can't make an appt online, it's grayed out and says "call for scheduling". This is impossible. Very frustrating! Also, this is not the first time I've had this experience here, it's become routine. I think I'm about done with Banfield."

"Insist on a written quote before they examine your fur-baby. When I had a question on the final bill that I believed to be priced higher than quoted, the Receptionist told me that the Manager would not come up front to discuss with me. Rather, according to the Receptionist, the Manager advised I could wait an hour for her subordinate to return from lunch to discuss my concerns with her employee. If true, imagine being the poor employee working for a Manager like that! And if the Receptionist perhaps miscommunicated the Manager's wishes, what else is being miscommunicated?"

"Won’t ever be taking my puppy back to this place . Had the worst experience. They traumatized my dog .They sat on top of him cause he didn’t want to get his shots , when he is just scared of needles .You would think they would be more professional and on top of that they had the audacity to say my dog was a ugly breed and said he was dumb . And proceeded to say he was an aggressive dog when he was just scared ."

"I brought my dog in recently because she was having some issues, she was prescribed antibiotics with no diagnosis. I tried calling for a follow up of that appointment and would not get through on the phone. I assume I can only get answers if I physically go into the location I have been bringing my family of dogs (3) to Banfield this last year, usually I have a pleasant experience. Recently I haven't had the same, I have tried calling on multiple occasions it takes calling the line excessively to have someone answer. When they do answer the hold times are always longer than 15 minutes. Today I called about an issue that I brought my dog in for last week, someone finally answered the phone after calling back to back for 10 minutes straight. After waiting on hold, I still never spoke to anyone and was hung up on twice. I was on hold so long they closed. One lady did pick up the phone and I assumed realized the time and hung up immediately. I pay for the OWP but it doesn't seem worth it because I can never get an appointment unless its months out."
