CVS Pharmacy

"Horrible phone menu. It asks for an rx# but I don't have one because it's a brand new prescription. There is no way to just call and ask someone if the medicine is ready. Very frustrating phone menu."

"The pharmacist Raymond is the worst pharmacist I have ever encountered. He has the worst customer service, the worst bedside manner being a pharmacist. He acts as if he is irritated when you are asking him questions about your medications and I witnessed him yell at an elderly customer. He really needs some type of training on how to deal with customers because he may deal with someone with a mental illness and the way he treats his customer it may not be a good outcome for him.."

"Cashier told me they no longer take patient calls at the pharmacy. Reps are rude. Just find a different pharmacy if you want good service."

"Pharmacy took way too long to fill my order. Prescription wasn’t ready when I arrived and I did not receive a call to notify me that my prescription was ready either. So I came back right before closing, and I wasn’t able to get my prescription because I didn’t have my actual insurance card on me and they wouldn’t take my information that I had on my insurance. I’ve had my prescription filled at CVS before, and my insurance information has not changed. You would think that CVS pharmacy would have this type of information saved in a database/file like most pharmacies in 2020, but I guess not. I’m over CVS and I will start patronizing more smaller independent full service pharmacy’s. They keep your insurance on file, let’s you know when your prescription will be ready, and will even drop off at your door. Huge convenience!!!! Thank God this wasn’t a life or death situation with this prescription because I will be outta luck messing with CVS."

"Helpful, friendly staff, though the pharmacy lines can be long during peak hours. Wish they would go 24 hours!"
