"Slow service, way too busy and lack of care for customers important prescriptions, they almost never answer the phone. I can't give a favorable review based on this type of service. I would recommend Laurel-Bowie Road location instead..."
"This pharmacy has gotten so bad over the last year. The customer service is terrible. The pharmacist I guess runs out of medicine and doesn’t notify you not to come pick it up after she tells you to come pick it up at a certain time. Back in the day they used to always verify that the meds were in stock and then they would tell you to come back in an hour or so. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location but it’s pretty bad now."
"Horrible service! Inconvenienced on a regular basis. The majority of the time the drive thru is closed and forced to go into the store. Wait times are outrageous for filling prescriptions. Lack of customer service and empathy."
