CVS Pharmacy

"I wish there was a way to give these people 0 star because it is that bad there. Went to pick up a prescription was told to come back in 10-15 min. gave them an extra five minutes and went back. Was told only one out of three was ready come back in 10-15 minutes. Went back again and stood in line for 10 minutes in addition to the 15 only to be told only one is ready come back in the morning. You’re basically saying if you have to for overnight that’s not my problem. CVS should consider shutting this location down. I am writing about this experience but it’s not the first time. Ridiculous"

"This location won’t let you speak with anyone in the pharmacy …you have to leave a message and wait for a call with an eta of “a couple hours”…absurd"

"Never answered the phone. The line said they were busy with other people. Decided to go to the store just for there to be no line, no wait, or anything. Mind you it’s only been 2 minutes in between. Then they tell me they don’t have the meds and to go to a specific location that had it. Went to the next location, they didn’t have it either. Pharmacist never actually called to check and see if they had it. So I’ve been driving around about 45 minutes trying to figure it out."

"The staff at Bowie is awesome. I used to work next door, I had so many prescriptions there they recognized me. They always called me when they needed something from me or called me to let me know that my provider hasn't been in contact with them. Seriously, these people are busy but don't seem to get overwhelmed and are just calm cool and collected when you visit and are very helpful if you have any questions."

"The pharmacy team is full of professional, smart, and wonderful people, who Excel expectations of what a pharmacy should be like! Kurt, and all employees are super nice, and get everything done ASAP! You got a great team there, Bowie!"
