"This is a large Giant Supermarket, not just a pharmacy. It previously had a monopoly in the area as Giant had closed a smaller nearby store and Safeway had closed a store across the street. This is a high-volume, crowded store but the shelves always appear well stocked. It seems like they're always stocking the shelves, so you often have to maneuver around stock carts. Parking is ample because most of the neighboring storefronts are vacant. The self checkout machines are terrible, they don't wait long enough before complaining about bagging your items and seem to call for assistance often. On the other hand, the self checkouts are arranged in a corral with a single line which is something other retailers should do."
