"Incredibly kind, caring, and attentive staff that express genuine concern for your pet. Reasonable rates and pricing. Nice location. My only nitpick is that the vast majority of the staff are smokers (which is fine) and the facility/staff often smells strongly of smoke (which is less fine imo, YMMV). Still giving five stars because of all the amazing service, but installing a fan or smoke eater in the break area out back would be a game-changer."
