"I take my dog for his appointment in kentland Banfield hospital. Previous dog which was sick pee on the scale so clearly I ask the front desk person to clean it before putting my dog and very rudely she give me paper towel so I ask you don't clean it and want me to clean up. She was rude and ignored me all the way. I left without seeing a vet. I am very disappointed since I have to take time off from work and my dog need it to be seen by vet which clearly didn't happen."

"I’m sure this location could be better. They never answer the phone. They often have to change your appointment it can be annoying. The vets are good at what they do though.The other staff needs some work. I’ve had to reschedule my spay appointment three times. The staff is so unprofessional and today, my appointment was cancelled without cause or knowledge. The office manager is as stupid as her staff and rude. This is the only location like this. I’ve spoken to three other locations and it has been ease! The front desk books appointments without telling you very important information only inconveniencing you when you arrive the day of. Again, the only location that misinforms or fails to inform you of important information or fees. I would never recommend this location. There is no customer service whatsoever! Please try another location. One star because I couldn’t give zero stars."

"I had heard and read great things about banfield hospital but unfortunately none of it is true. The care my pet received was subpar at best. The doctors never seemed to examine my dog properly and always sent us home without a proper understanding of what was done during the check up and exam. The absolute worst thing is the hidden out of pocket charges, despite having a wellness plan I always found myself paying extra for an additional test or procedure that should have been included. TLDR: Banfield takes a lot of money from you for very poor care. Don’t bother here go to a vet you trust."

"Took my kitten in for her first visit and it went great! The receptionist was super welcoming. The vet assistant, Jordan, was super kind and very good with my kitty. The doctor (don't remember his name, sorry) was also really great. He explained everything that he was doing and his findings. Very thorough and kind. Amazing first experience!"

"Awful organization that does not care about your pet and makes it incredibly difficult to get meds and care outside of them. I can share countless stories of negligence and how terribly they treated me and my dog, but instead I recommend looking up the class action lawsuit and complaints against them."
