"everybody is nice and very helpful on the top floor. The bottom floor all they want is to sell sell sell. but when you ask the people on the bottom they know nothing of what they sell. I bought a generator briggs and stratton. Great product by itself. Ask both men down stairs for help. The both had no clue about how to fix the problem. I asked them what kind of oil I needed for it. the both said two different things. went on line and it takes 10w-30. if you sell something you should know how it works."
