"It has taken me a while to type this out. Last week of September 2023 I boarded my rescue with this business. My partner had been happy with them in the past. I was reassured by the idea of a vet clinic/boarding situation. I couldn’t have been more disappointed. At the time of boarding for 4 days, I was unaware of the significant health problems my cat was facing. THIS IS NOT THEIR FAULT. What IS their fault is that they knowingly gave me back a cat that was in need of crisis medical intervention. Despite the fact that he was visibly healthy going in, upon pickup he was literally dying. To make matters worse they could not find the carrier he came in with and took a dying cat from crate to crate to figure it out…and they didn’t know? Nothing was said, nothing was emailed, texted, nothing..there was no intervention in his time of crisis- he was ignored and passed back off to me as if nothing had happened. As a direct result, I had to take him to an ER just after and spend over $700 to have him seen and, ultimately, put down. I’m still getting reminders from Towson Veterinary Hospital, including his rabies tag that was sent long after he was gone. I am not a typical “reviewer” but I lost my boy in a terrible way and I want to make others aware. Be careful, be an advocate for your pet and choose a business that does better than this."

"If I could put no stars, I would. I dropped my baby off for a two week vacation and never heard from them until I went to pick him up. He was always healthy until I picked him up. They told me he needs to be seen by a vet because he’s “lethargic” so I went to see him. He was skin and bones with a big bloated tummy. They said it was cancer, and I know cancer because my mom just passed from cancer, same way needed to drain fluid from the abdomen. Point is, they drained a full liter out of my cat and tried to act like it happened overnight. They denied the fact that I dropped off a 20 lb cat especially when after they drained him he was 11lbs. Their negligence caused stress on my cat and they ignored signs because he lost muscle mass so to act like they didn’t know is insane. I am so sad and the customer service was terrible. Rest in peace Ray ❤️"

"We were there to pick up a foster dog. Staff were attentive, helped bring out a bag of food and seemed caring w/the dogs that were in for apts and also the dog that I'm fostering. They didn't rush, gave the dogs some pets & love."
