"Arrived at rosedale rite in drive thru to pick up prescription..nobody answered until 10 min later and said I'll be with you. 17 min later I was finally waited on. Need more staff in evenings. Longest wait ever other than cvs"

"Went to 5 different stores looking for over the counter infant medicine. All sold out everywhere. Came to Rite Aid right before I was going to quit looking. Did not do a good job looking in the correct area. Asked the associate at the register whom proceeded to exit her position at the register to come and assist me. Mobility was an issue for her but she refused to let that stop her pristine customer service. She found the item I should have found, handed it to me and did all of this with an authentic smile. Superior level customer care. I rarely need things from Rite Aid but thus experience alone will generate more purchases from this store."

"Worst rite aid I’ve been to. On the plus side it’s clean. But you can’t understand a word the pharmacist say because has a mouth full of food at 940am. Seriously, be professional. You should be eating in front of customers while you are working and definitely shouldn’t be speaking to them with a mouth full of food."

"This is the worst Rite Aid ever. I took my 6 year old son to get his second covid vaccine shot due fot the 7th of January and we were turned back. Reason? I was told I had no appointment. Nobody told ne I was supposed to make an appointment. Not the Pharmacist nor this Rite Aid. I was frustrated and asked why we were being refused the vaccine;this lady told me "we are short staffed and cannot help you"."
