"They have solid wood bunkie boards in all sizes! All the ones online are either slats or a wooden frame covered in fabric. They had them on display in the back and they are good quality. "I hadn't replaced my mattress in 30 years, so I really had no idea what kind of mattress would be right for me. I did a bunch of online research but I was too nervous to buy a newfangled type of mattress without trying it first. I chose to stop by Mattress Warehouse because they have this machine you lay in that analyzes your weight and posture and stuff and gives you customized recommendation. That seemed like a great starting point! The salesman, Howard, then took a lot of time showing me each option and patiently waiting as I went back and forth between them several times. I discovered VERY QUICKLY that I didn't like the feel of the all foam mattress - I'm so glad I didn't buy one of those online even though their fancy websites were very convincing. Howard is a real gem. After I'd finally made my selection I had an issue with my financing and then had to go back and select a different mattress. He never got impatient with me even though I was a less than ideal customer and it took quite a while to make a sale. He did everything he could to help me find something I liked in my new budget. Delivery went smoothly as well. I was expecting to have to wait around most of the day but it turns out mine was the first delivery of the day. I got two calls the day before to tell me my delivery window and one call the next morning when the truck was 15 minutes out. The delivery guys were on time, quick and very courteous and also took away my old mattress and boxspring to recycle them (for a fee, which was explained at time of order). If you don't want to buy your mattress online, I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse of Reading, especially if Howard's there. He is supportive and helpful without being pushy, and his lovely accent (Australian, I think) made the experience more enjoyable as well."
