"We were looking for new furniture. My daughter had previously purchased furniture from Bob's. She recommended we try the store. Upon going to the store, we found a large selection. Our sales lady was Miriam, she was friendly and helpful. We chose a sofa and loveseat combo. Miriam was very professional in helping us find the perfect furniture. She gets a 5 star."

"We purchased a dining set from Louis who was the salesman and then Andy a sales manager came and introduced himself and was very helpful. They were not pushy as we toured the store to see what else we might want. It was an entirely a pleasant experience."

"I purchased a sofa bed and fitted bed protector. They delivered but could not get the sofa bed on the elevator and they said they were not allowed to take it up the steps. They took it back with them and I returned the fitted bed protector back to the store and was given paperwork that said it credited the amount back to me. I did receive the credit for the sofa bed but they seem incapable of giving my money back for the fitted bed protector. I have chatted and spoke to resolutions support and even attempted to complete a process that would send the money from their bank to me but that did not work properly either. I can log in and look at the info I gave them but I can not edit it. I can see there is a problem with the phone #. I think it wanted to see a 1 before the number but it took my number without me putting the 1 before it. Like I said it does not let me go in and edit it. I don't understand why they just can not credit back to the same card. It worked for the sofa bed ? It does not let me rate them zero so I have to give them one star."

"Clean & orderly throughout. Restroom was clean, well marked and easy to access (hall leading to restrooms was fully clear. Sales person was very polite,helpful & knowledgeable on products. Was able to look up availability on all items ordered. Only concern is the delivery confirmation. It's been almost 24 hours since ordering, however only 48 hours until I need to confirm approximate time. I am under the impression the agreed day/date is satisfactory. Given that there is still some time today to receive day/date and approximate time confirmation,I am not in a panic yet! That is (the panic) scheduled for tomorrow. This is important as I need to be as arrange travel at least 24 hours in advance as I presently need to rely on transportation provided by others. The snack/beverage offerings was very good! Cookies were fresh and the coffee was well made & hot as it is supposed to be! I would, at this time highly recommend this establishment."
