"They are very overpriced and have bad customer service. The women who followed me around was rude and treating me like I wasn’t good enough because I didn’t want to look at the $4000+ bedroom sets. I guess they didn’t like how I was not going to drop thousands, they actually said no when I tried to take some of the food they had out for their event. I have never been treated like that when I went to other furniture spots so I will not be purchasing anything from them. It’s a shame as they do have nice things, but they are too snobby for me."

"First of all Yary was amazing. She had very good customer service. I bought a vanity set with mirror and she gave a good price. I bought it on Saturday and it got delivered on Monday and I’m in Lebanon which isn’t that far but usually furniture places don’t deliver that fast. Her delivery guys were amazing. When they brought it upstairs to my place and opened it, it was the wrong vanity. The poor guys they had to repackage the vanity and carry it back down stairs. I called Yary and she apologized and said she make it right and send along a gift. Well they delivered the right one the next day and with a gift. The guys put everything together for me. I recommend this furniture store. They have a lot of nice stuff and a lot of bling that lights up. Thank you guys for everything."

"Horrible horrible horrible customer service. The lady who is supposed to greet potential clients, treats them based on their looks. So disrespectful and rude. Once you ask for the price, she answers in a “you can’t afford that” tone. That lady can barely speak English correctly, yet she finds a way to put down their own people. It’s a shame. My friend and I stopped by once after work. We were normally dressed not dirty, but we were not going to the Eiffel Tower to wear our best coats. Once we got in there, that lady was just rude and disrespectful. We tried to avoid her and act like it was only in our minds, but she was so rude that we left the place feeling horrible. We DO NOT recommend anyone to go to this store. It’s worst than a zoo."
