"Ordered a replacement wedding band and a month went by with no phone call from them so I went in. The woman behind the counter said she didnt know how to look to even see if it was ordered and I should come back tomorrow to ask the girl that normally works. Here the girl never even ordered my ring but told me it would be in 3 weeks later. This place jas gone down hill since the mall closed and I will not be going back even for clothes because they never seem to have anyone that knows their department."
