"Really disappointed with the quality of work on an alteration. Needed the waist taken in on a pair of pants, and they were returned to me in awful condition. Holes ripped through the fabric, a large patch of stitching which revealed a large hole when I went back later to fix the pants myself. The waistband was not centered when sewn down and created a big lump on the back right of the waistband. Threads were loose, and the original stitching pattern was not followed. I received a partial refund and an offer to fix the mistake, but I did not trust them to improve their work. I did also get the hems of the pants taken up and the work there was fine, so I’m not sure what happened here. I wish they had communicated that they were not comfortable working with elastic before tearing up my pants."
