"We recently booked a deep clean in preparation of selling our home. As a mom of two young kids, I thought booking a cleaning service as opposed to doing it myself would take something off my plate. I guess I was wrong. The service was supposed to arrive between 8-9 and at 9 my husband needed to call in to see where they were. During the 9 hours they were at my house the two maids took turns leaving multiple times and talking on their phones, which wouldn't bother me if the items on the deep clean checklist advertised on the website were actually completed. Things like windows, ceiling fans, top of the refrigerator, backsplash, mopping floors etc. were not done. Some of the baseboards were touched some weren't. After 9 hours on the dot they packed up and yelled bye up the stairs that they were leaving and told us to contact Daniel with any concerns. As soon as they left we walked through the house to admire the work but were quickly disappointed when we could see how much was left ignored. I was thankful that at least they were in such a rush to leave they left multiple cleaning supplies here so I could spend the rest of my already busy weekend finishing the job. I would highly recommend not spending any money with this company. $550 spent and I still had the pleasure of spending my weekend sweeping and mopping my floors, wiping down countertops that hadn't been used yet, cleaning the front of my kitchen cabinets and wiping down baseboards. My husband and 6 year old finished up by cleaning all the windows and vacuuming all the carpets. To be fair, the items that were actually cleaned were done well, there was just a lot left to do still after they left. This should be advertised as a jump start to cleaning and not a deep cleaning."

"I recently hired this business for a cleaning of my main bathroom. I’m a new mom to twins and have found that I have no time anymore to maintain the level of clean in my house that I used to be able to (something that is extremely important to me!). The maids were supposed to arrive between 11-12. They didn’t show up until 12:45, so the neighbor I had bringing a key over had to wait around before leaving the key. They spent an entire 15 minutes in our home (as noted by our ring camera) and did a mere surface cleaning of our bathroom. This is something I could’ve done myself in the same amount of time. The shower I so desperately wanted cleaned from all the mildew and mold that has built up wasn’t even touched. There were still cobwebs in our lights and dust in the fan. The entire experience was an absolute waste of money and I’ve never been more disappointed. Just goes to prove that when you want something done right, you might as well do it yourself."

"Our cleaner was super personable and thorough in her cleaning this first day. Because she was working without her partner, she was more than happy to stay longer to do the job right. She did an amazing job upstairs and a quick clean down stairs. I told her that she & her partner could focus on the downstairs on their next visit. I woke up the next morning to a clean house… so happy I decided to get professional help with the house after a recent surgery."
