"Susana started off well and did a good job deep cleaning the first time I hired her. Unfortunately the quality of her work dropped after that - the cleaning was rushed and not done properly. In addition, her attitude and professionalism has deteriorated as well. She recently cancelled a scheduled cleaning on the day of - two hours after she was supposed to show up. I was left stranded with friends and family arriving and an unclean home. As a basic courtesy, Susana should have given at least 24 hours notice before canceling. She made no effort to make this right. This was not an isolated incident. The last three times I’ve hired her she showed up several hours late, with no apology and no courtesy or regret. Just an expectation that I - the customer - would go along with her scheduled changes. I have been very patient, but I find all this a bit rude and inconsiderate. It is not the right way to treat customers."

Going to use her for other properties we own too. My long search for an excellent cleaning service with affordable prices is over. Susana really is the best and I'm picky."
