"Great service! The guys cleaned our gutters and reattached a large selection of downspout that had come down. Everything looks great, no mess. We will definitely use them again."

"They came and cleaned the gutters. However, they damaged my roof during this process. I contacted the CS on 12/3/23 and submitted a claim as they requested. Still NO response."

"The service is great, however, after every time they show up they bombard you with requests to review them. I have 4 new emails from them just today asking me to review them and it’s enough that I am considering ending my contract with them. Also, they tend to push sales of new products and services quite a bit which can be a nuisance to deal with. While they are great at what they do, the requirement to deal with all of these requests is an unreasonable demand on my time."

"So the work done was fine but I had 2 problems. The first is that I got a text saying they were coming to clean my gutters within the hour. I had asked previously to give me a day ahead head's up because I have a doggy door and I work. The second problem is my back gate was left open and my dog got loose. Luckily a neighbor saw her. She could have run off or gotten run over. I did call to let Ned Steven's know but not sure if I will continue to use them as my concerns weren't addressed in previous work."

"Dear Guttermaid, Since Ned Stevenson took over, to me, the service has so far gone down. Let me explain. First, the Service plans and price are not bad. However, at least, under your watch when you came out and noticed We didn’t require a service, than I would be notified of such and await the next scheduled time. Why, would you waste time and water doing a job not needed or the rain would do. Like, what’s the purpose? Twice, I had my gutters cleaned already and the guys showed up and attempted to clean what was already done, thank goodness someone was home to stop them the first time. This last time was it for us.smh. Secondly, the before and afterwards pictures were a very nice customer service touch on your part. Whenever you (Guttermaid) came out we were notified prior via email. And, many times if no one was home you would not complete the job. Being in the Customer Service Industry, I try and have an open minded approach to ones processes. But, if you have to continually say the same thing and nothing is fixed, that speaks volumes to the internal conversations not being had about the customers concerns being addressed. At this point, I cannot suggest this company to friends or neighbors because of the lack of communication/ support. One Disappointed Veteran. T"
