"used spotless clean since Jan 2021. Up until 5 months ago, I would have recommended them. They did have a chronic problem with never being on time but they were respectful of our home and did a great job. Starting around July 2022, the management changed from Maria (the proprietor) to Karol. Since then, we have had 4-5h delays, new crews every month, sporadic cleaning, missed bathrooms, no vacuuming (they had a broken vacuum and said nothing), no consistency or accountability. I completely understand that this is a small business but I’m tired of begging for service after paying for it. Also, in the spirit of full disclosure, I have never been late to pay them (same day pay) except one time when we had a miscommunication at home and then it was fully paid as soon as Maria informed me. It’s been one frustration after another for months. I finally ended up canceling my contract today after the crew did not show up for an hour and a half past their slated arrival time. Maria told me they were 40 mins away and they just never showed. The only reason for 2 vs 1 star is my previous experience with Maria."
