"After a busted waterline on our refrigerator our kitchen was soaked and it all leaked to our basement- we made contact with Nicolas at ServiceMaster and he quickly got a crew out to our house to start remediation. Rafael and his crew quickly got to work removing walls, carpeting, drop ceiling tiles and kitchen/dinning room and living room flooring and setting fans up. It was about a 8 day process in total with the fans and de-humidifiers. Everyone was easy to work with an communication about the time frames the crew would come and next steps was excellent. I wasn't able to there each day so I provided them with my door code (keyless entry) or left my door unlocked and they did what they needed to do. Most days I received a text or phone call 20 mins before their arrival and at their departure. **We went through our homeowners insurance they are covering the bill therefore I can not speak about pricing**"

"My basement flooded and they were there in 24 hours from the time I called. They took up the floor as it had warped, and took out all the molding around the bottom of the wall. They dried my floor for five days straight, and State Farm took care of their bill. I am overwhelmed by how bad the damage could have been with mold had these guys not cut the bottom few inches of dry wall out to prevent that from happening. I got text messages every day when the arrived, and when they left. It was the best customer service I've had in my 50 years on this earth. And, I wasn't even there to supervise! I cannot thank them enough for hauling away all the trash and being such perfectionists at their work. Especially since they drove from Montgomery County Maryland all the Way to Charles Town, WV... "It wasn't clear exactly what type of damage my home experienced; however, Service Master figured it out. I would highly recommend Service Master to anyone who truly cares about their home. From scheduling for service, the customer service was outstanding. The work in my home was in accordance with our agreement. The workers were attentive and very neat.
