"I entered this Chick-fil-A at 8:24 PM and the restaurant closed at 9 PM. When my black children and I went into the restaurant, several staff members proceeded to tell me that the restaurant is closed for dining. After I asserted myself about having the right to sit down and eat in the inside of the restaurant since others were, they conceded. 10 minutes later, two white boy enter the restaurant and sit two tables down from my family AND THE STAFF SAYS NOTHING TO THEM!! I did not have to point out the open racial bias to my children because they witnessed it right in front of their faces. Shame on this Chick-fil-A location for allowing this to happen. I really get the feeling that their racial bias is so implicit, and so deep, that it felt normal to them to challenge a black family, and say nothing to white boys. The staff members at this location really need implicit racial bias training."

"I did curbside pick up, but the link was not working. I had to go in to see about picking up my order. The staff and manager were excellent. They handled my issue immediately and had my order ready to go in no time at all. I cannot say enough about the service."

"Got there to eat dinner at 8:01. I always order through the app as it is easier, points, etc. We ordered it to eat in the dining room as we were getting the new chicken sandwich to try. Upon arriving, we were met with a lady kinda like storming around the dining room (realized later she was attempting to close the dining room) there was multiple groups of people still in the dining room; we began walking towards the backside to eat and she yelled from 2-3 feet away "THE BACK IS CLOSED!!!! REALLY THE WHOLE DINING ROOM IS CLOSED!" then proceeded to scream at her fellow employees that "YOU NEED TO TELL THESE PEOPLE ITS CLOSED" like it just became an awkward situation, neither of us really sure what to do after getting yelled at for being paying customers 59minutes before close. The app didn't say the dining room was to close at 8:00, nor was it to be seen anywhere by me or my boyfriend. After paying $37, it really just became an awful experience all around. We're 2 young adults we're not looking to stay until 9:30, all we wanted to do was eat and leave......Kinda crazy too because this lady was older, seemingly in a leader role? Very confused. As I'm sitting out in the parking lot, eating on the curb, I see as well that my sandwich is incorrect, and I recieved tenders after ordering nuggets. Again, ordered online, no sort of speech misinterpretation. Thank you chick fil a $37 regretted. I'm really sorry I walked into the dining room an hour before close, not even sure I'd get this bad of treatment at mcdonalds."

"So I will say, this is crowded!!! The drive through line is always long so I just got inside. But wow is their customer service fantastic. The manager is splendid and so is the staff. They are helpful and want you to have the best experience possible. Better yet, it's peach season ya'll. Nothing will ever beat their peach milkshakes and the peach drink ice tea thing. Not sure what it is actually called, is pretty great too! It's like a better snapple. Would get both again."
