"This store is unprofessional. Rude and disrespectful. My self along with my family can in and purchase a few items. Combined almost $400.00 when we were checking out I somehow got distracted as my kids were also a handful. We walked out without my bag of items. I contacted the store and was told no issue just return with and have your card. They would help me. When I arrived they decided to change their mind. I feel I was discriminated against. Her boss was worst. She barley looked at me. I will let me Bank handle it. I will not be returning. Bad customer service. I asked the manager when k arrived, who would drive almost a hour to be dishonest about something they paid for. They didn’t even check their cameras when I asked if anyone working her saw it. I spend allot of money with old navy often. This location is bad. My advice go to another location. Bad service and dishonest service. That’s why more individuals are shopping online."
